Wyllie begins craft brew tour today, Key West to Panama City

Libertarian Party of Florida Gubernatorial candidate Adrian Wyllie starts his 30 Cities in 30 Days Craft Brew Tour of Florida today in Fort Myers at 5:00 p.m. at the Fort Myers Brewing Company. Libertarians are long supporters of craft brewers in Florida and having the retain their independence from heavy regulation from the state, which is what prompted Wyllie’s tour. The Libertarian Party of Florida and their fast-growing membership was instrumental in defeating state regulations designed by large brewers which could have hurt small craft brewers in Florida.

Wyllie is receiving support from craft brewers as they learn of the parallel David vs. Goliath fight Wyllie is in, as the craft brewers were in this past Florida legislative session. In between visits to breweries, Wyllie will be conducting media interviews as well as attending candidate forums. Speaking about the month-long tour, Wyllie said, “This campaign tour rivals anything Rick Scott and Charlie Crist are doing. We’re playing in the big leagues now.”

Wyllie will be conducting a meet and greet at the Fort Myers Brewing Company located at 12811 Commerce Lakes Drive in Fort Myers, Florida from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2014. He will then move on to the Marco Island Brewery from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at 1089 North Collier Blvd on Marco Island, Florida the same evening.

We doubt Wyllie will be borrowing Rick Scott’s jet or one of Charlie Crist’s cronies’ jets, but he will traverse across the state arriving at the Saltwater Brewery at 1701 W Altantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida for another meet and greet from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2014, before heading over to Coral Springs’ Big Bear Brewing Co. on North University Drive at 11:00 p.m.

  1. Folks, it all comes down to recognition. We need to spread the word about Adrian Wyllie in order for him to win. I am very much behind the “super brochure” plan, so much so, that I personally have completely covered my entire precinct where I live. I think it’s the most affective and economical way to bring the super voters, attention to Adrian Wyllie. Most don’t even know there is another choice other than scott/crist. It only cost me $47.50 to cover my precinct. I urge others to do the same. If you want him elected, you must do something to make it happen. Just your one vote will not do it. Take advantage of this great opportunity we have to get a Libertarian in the Governor’s office. We (Floridians) desperately need this. I beg you to do what you can. http://www.WyllieForGovernor.com
